Rathlin Island is home to one of the largest seabird colonies in the UK. Black back and white underparts, black head with large pale cheeks and a tall, flattened, brightly-coloured bill. Rathlin Island is inhabited with the spectacular Puffins between April – September each year. Every year thousands of seabirds return to breed here including guillemots, razorbills, kittiwakes and fulmars. The sights and sounds of so many seabirds at such close quarters is an experience you’ll never forget.
