What time is check in and check out?

Check in is available from 3pm and check out the following is 11am. Late check out can be requested for an additional £10 per hour

Where can I park?

Parking is available to the rear of the hotel for £5 per 24 hours. There is ample parking available directly across the road at the front of the hotel which is free of charge. Please note there parking limitation’s on the hotel side of the street.

Do you have accessible rooms?

We have an accessible room which is spacious including a wet room with railings for assistance

Can I bring my dog?

Our ground floor lounge and library are pet friendly. Water bowls can be provided on request. We have four pet friendly bedrooms at the hotel – Two seaview double/twin rooms, one family bunk room and one double room

Do you have WIFI?

Complimentary WIFI is available throughout your stay in all bedrooms, communal and public areas

Is there room service?

Room service is available for breakfast, lunch & dinner – there is a £5 tray charge

Do you have smoking rooms?

All of our bedrooms including the balcony rooms are all non – smoking.

Can I dine outdoors?

Yes, we have picnic benches located at the front of the hotel for guests and patrons to dine with sea views

Do you cater for allergens and intolerances?

Yes, all our menus can be adapted. Please speak with your server about during your visit for guidance.

Do you provide travel cots or campbeds?

Yes, travel cots are available upon request. Please note we are unable to provide blankets due to health & safety regulations. Campbeds can be added on request

Does the Beach House have lift access?

There is stair access only at the beach house. This is located to the rear of the hotel (under the arch way) and has its own private entrance accessible by fob key.

What is your booking cancellation policy?

Guests have up until 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel or amend a booking which deposits are 100% refundable. Cancellations within the 48 hour arrival period may incur an accommodation charge.
