Meet the Team: Chef Raj
Raj joined the team here at Marine Hotel Ballycastle in Summer 2023 all the way from India. Raj brings to the table new dishes whilst working with Head Chef Jack to create a new Indian Curry Night dining experience. The first one will be held on Friday 27th October.
